All orders are shipped via USPS, and it takes approximately 3-5 business days to be delivered.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the package has been dropped off.

If you choose the rush shipping then your order will be shipped via UPS, and it takes approximately 2-3 business days after the order is dropped off.

Beauty In Paradise Mynx will not be responsible for any lost items that states it has been delivered to you. You will have to contact UPS or the Postal Service. If any orders are placed on a national holiday or after 4pm on Friday-Sunday, then it will ship out the next following business day.

Installment options info: When using Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay or Zip payments, there will be a 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS payment processing time for your orders using this payment option (This goes for all orders). Production/Processing will not begin until payment is confirmed by the platforms used. The individual payment processing turnaround times mentioned below are for orders paid outright.

All Custom Wig Orders: is normally 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS payment processing time, 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS production time and 2-3 day shipping time. PLEASE make sure that you keep this in mind when ordering! Our company is currently not offering baby hairs to this order type but we will in the future! ***There is an option to expedite your wig creation, this will drop the production processing time to 5-10 BUSINESS days. ALL CUSTOM UNITS ARE MADE BY A SEWING MACHINE. THERE IS AN 24-HOUR GRACE PERIOD, IF YOU WANT TO UPDATE A CHANGE ON YOUR UNIT BEFORE THE OWNER STARTS THE PRODUCTION. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE UNIT, YOU HAVE 24-48 HOURS TO REPORT ANY ISSUES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO IT IN THE CORRECT TIMEFRAMING!!!! BEAUTY IN PARADISE MYNX WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD HAS PASSED!!!

Measurements: When giving your head measurements please make sure that they are 100% accurate so that the unit is a perfect fit. Our company will not be responsible for any incorrect measurements given causing the unit not to fit perfectly. Failure to give your head measurements within 2 hours after your order has been placed, will result in you getting a 22" medium size unit. The fee for re-seizing your wig is $250. This will include a deconstruction , remake and fresh styling on the unit.****
